What’s included in my event rental?
3 Round Tables • 1 Rectangular Table • 20 Chairs • Living room seating for up to 12 guests • Flat screen TV with computer hook ups • Wifi • Full kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, sink) • 2 private restrooms • Coat rack • Whole bean, local espresso & coffee • Fruit-infused water • Yoga mats, bolsters, straps, blocks & blankets • Sonos bluetooth speakers • Dimmable lights • Essential oil bar • Full time receptionist to welcome guests
How much does it cost?
Hourly Rate: $150 per hour
Day Rate: $500 (up to 8 hours)
How do I book my event?
Submit your request via the Event Space Rental request form below and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible to nail down your date!
How many people can Very Well KC accommodate?
It totally depends! If you’re looking to host a cocktail our where people are standing and mingling, we can fit way more than a seated meditation or workshop! Include these details in the form request below and we’ll do our best to accommodate your guest list!
How do I connect to Wifi, bluetooth, and the flat screen TV?
A Very Well KC team member will be onsite to help you connect to our Wifi and bluetooth devices the day of your event! If you plan on doing a presentation, we ask that you send all presentation files to events@verywellkc.com 7 days prior to your event. This will give us plenty of time to make sure everything runs smoothly the day of your event!
How do I get into the space?
A Very Well KC team member will be at the space for the full entirety of your event. They will be there to let you in, welcome guests during your event, and lock up.
