Classes

What can I expect at my first yoga or meditation class?

When you arrive at Very Well KC, you will walk in the front doors and check in at our front desk! Jessica or Wenny will likely be the lovely ladies greeting you. They will show you to our yoga area and let you know where to place your shoes and gather your equipment.

What is your class cancellation policy?

All classes must be cancelled 1 hour in advance. However, for 5:30am classes, we ask that you cancel by 8pm the night prior.

Very Well & Unlimited Yoga Members

For VWKC members with unlimited yoga & meditation classes, a late cancellation or no show will result in a $10 fee.

Be Well Members

For Be Well members with 4 classes built into their membership, a late cancellation or no show will result in a $10 fee. Once your 4 classes are redeemed, the Non-Member policy will apply.

Non-Members

For those with class packages or pay-as-you- go, late cancellation or no-show will result in the loss of the class credit and you will not be refunded.

Do I need to sign up for classes in advance?

We ask that you sign up for all classes at least one hour prior to the class start time to allow our instructors to plan accordingly. For our 5:30am, 6am & 7am classes, we ask that you sign up the night before by 8:00 PM.

Practitioner Policies

Do you take insurance?

Our focus is patient care and for this reason, most of our Very Well KC practitioners do not take insurance, medicaid, or medicare. This allows the focus to remain on the patient’s plan of care. And in turn, the patient benefits. We have some providers that have additional options and will help you submit to your individual insurance companies. For specific questions, please call us at 913-359-5300!

What is a superbill?

Superbills provide all the information an insurance company needs to create a healthcare claim. The client is responsible for submitting superbills to their insurance companies. Clients who submit superbills to their insurance companies can potentially get reimbursed for their services.
