The Movement Room
Up to 15 for mat-based practices
Our quiet studio for yoga, sound baths, meditation, and movement. Mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps are all here and ready to use. Dimmable lights and a Sonos speaker let you set the mood.

The Living Room
Up to 25 for social gatherings
Our most welcoming space, with velvet sofas, two round tables, and a full kitchen next door. It's made for celebrations, shared meals, showers, and circles. A flat-screen TV with computer hookup handles slideshows and playlists.
Need both? Book the full space: practice together in the Movement Room, then gather in the Living Room for food and conversation.

Very Well KC is at 7905 Santa Fe Dr, Overland Park, KS 66204, in downtown Overland Park, with local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parking is free. Guests can park on the street, in the parking lot, or in the downtown Overland Park parking garage. We'll send arrival details to you before your event so you can share them with your guests.

How many people can the space hold?
The Movement Room fits up to 15 people for mat-based practices. The Living Room fits up to 25 for social gatherings, meals, and celebrations.
Can I host a baby shower or birthday party here?
Yes. The Living Room is made for showers, birthdays, and small celebrations of up to 25 guests. Bring your own food and decorations, use the full kitchen, and our host will help you set up and reset afterward.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. You're welcome to bring food or have it delivered, and the full kitchen is yours to use. Please ask us before planning to serve alcohol.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 3–4 weeks, especially for weekends. We'll do our best to fit shorter timelines when the calendar allows.
Can I use the space for a recurring class or workshop?

Does my rental include setup and cleanup time?
Please book enough time to cover your setup and cleanup. Our host will help you get the room ready and reset afterward.
