She loves animals and traveling. Her last overseas trip was to Bali, where she was immersed in meditation and feelings of true presence.

I'm an intuitive transformational coach, energy healer and tarot reader. I love to work with empathic and intuitive people to heal their blocks, connect to their personal power and unique inner beauty, and create lives they love.
I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and worked as a therapist for over 10 years helping support women healing through a variety of issues. Following that, I opened and operated a barre fitness studio for 11 years and created a thriving fitness and wellness community in Los Angeles before moving to Kansas City in 2019. Over the last several years, my personal journey has involved awakening and exploring my own intuitive and energetic healing gifts and led me back to one-on-one coaching with clients in new, more heart-centered, and intuitive ways.
In my work, I consider healing and wellness on all levels: mind, body, and spirit. I combine my background in traditional psychology with intuitive guidance and energy healing techniques to help create holistic change and assist my clients’ in transforming their lives.
