The Training
Abhyanga is not a modality you learn from a video. It is rhythm, warmth, and intention. A full-body oil application rooted in thousands of years of Ayurvedic tradition, and one of the most requested, least understood treatments in wellness today.
This is a full-day, hands-on intensive for practitioners who already know how to work with the body and are ready to add a deeply specialized skill to their practice.
You will leave with:
A complete Ayurveda 101 foundation — enough working knowledge of doshas, marma points, and Ayurvedic principles to perform abhyanga with real understanding, not just choreography
Full technique training — strokes, sequencing, pressure, oil selection, and pacing, practiced hands-on throughout the day
A printed course manual to take into your practice and reference long after training day
A certificate of completion
Why Only Six
This training is capped at six practitioners, by design.
Abhyanga is technical and intimate work. It cannot be taught well to a room of twenty. At six, every practitioner gets individual correction on hand placement, pressure, and rhythm throughout the day, not a demonstration from the front of the room.
This is professional training, not a public workshop. You will be trading with other participants to practice the hands-on techniques.
