Some patterns live too deep for talk alone.
Many of us carry emotional patterns that have been hard to shift through conversation: old wounds, stuck places, a version of ourselves we haven't fully met yet. The Sounding Heart Method approaches those patterns through the body, through breath, and through sound.
Over three hours, you'll use your own voice to listen to what your body is holding, and to be heard by others. Most people arrive unsure they can make a sound at all. Most leave surprised by what they were able to offer.
What you'll experience
Hear your body. Practice listening to the messages of your body and emotions, which speak through sensation rather than words.
Be deeply heard. Experience being witnessed and held in sound by a group, something many participants describe as unexpectedly moving.
Sound for one another. Blend your voice with others to offer healing sound. You may find you have more to give than you expected.
Open to your own experience. For some, sound opens a spiritual dimension that is entirely their own.
About the method
Every emotion, thought, and sensation carries vibration. The Sounding Heart Method works with that vibration directly. Rather than analyzing a pattern, you sound it, and let the body move it. A shift in vibration can become a shift in perspective, and a way into parts of yourself that words haven't reached.
