As we move through each breath technique, we’ll pause for quiet meditation and gentle tapping, inviting tension and stagnant energy to melt away. To close, we’ll spend a few moments journaling what we’re ready to release, creating space for clarity and ease. We’ll gather in reflection, with sharing always optional, as we honor the insights our breath reveals.
