Melt into stillness and give your nervous system the reset it deserves. This 60-minute restorative yoga class is designed to support physical, mental, and emotional relaxation through gentle postures, long holds, and deep, mindful breathing.
With the use of props for comfort and support, each shape is held for several minutes to invite deep rest, release muscular tension, and calm the mind. This is the perfect practice for anyone experiencing stress, fatigue, anxiety, or simply needing to slow down and come back to center.
Open to all levels. No prior yoga experience needed.
