Hold the Room: An Intro to Sound Healing for Wellness Providers
Let yourself be carried, then learn to carry others.
You already know how to hold space. This is where you learn to hold it with sound.
Over one unhurried afternoon, you'll get hands-on with the instruments of a sound bath, crystal bowls, gong, chimes, tongue drum, koshi chimes, and learn not just how to play them, but how to facilitate with them. Because the difference between making sound and holding a room isn't the instrument. It's you.
This workshop is for you if you're a wellness provider, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, massage therapist, esthetician, coach, or therapist, ready to bring sound into your practice with genuine confidence. It's also open to anyone drawn to sound for their own personal practice.
By the end of the afternoon, you'll be able to:
Play the core instruments of a sound bath without harshness or guesswork
Understand what sound actually does to the nervous system- in plain English
Open, hold, and close a simple session with presence
Recognize who sound work is and isn't safe for, and what to ask before you begin
Offer a short sound experience to your own clients with confidence
We'll end the way every good session ends, with a sound bath you simply receive. You'll leave with a take-home reference sheet and everything you need to begin.
