Yoga for Grief
Grief doesn't live only in the mind. It settles into the body — the chest, the shoulders, the places we stop breathing fully. This 90-minute session creates space to meet it there.
Corrina Helund and Lindsay Kobolt, LPC, bring together movement, breath, and reflection in a gentle, restorative practice designed for anyone carrying loss. Whether your grief is recent or something you've been holding for years, this session is built to hold you.
The evening weaves together restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, and time for written reflection — no yoga experience needed, and no pressure to be anywhere other than exactly where you are. Teens and adults are both welcome.
Corrina is a certified yoga and meditation instructor whose work centers on nervous system regulation, resilience, and creating genuinely safe spaces for healing through mindful movement. Lindsay is a licensed professional counselor and yoga practitioner who began building a community around grief after the death of her daughter, Mallory.
All mats and props provided. Wear comfortable clothing for gentle movement. You're welcome to bring your own journal, though paper will be provided.
