This 75-minute experience blends gentle yoga, grounding breathwork and meditation, and a restorative sound bath to support relaxation, regulation, and deep rest. Designed to be calming and accessible, this class helps release built-up tension and quiet mental noise without pushing or over-stimulating the body.
We’ll begin with slow, easeful movement to settle the body, move into guided breathwork and meditation, and end with an extended sound bath to support deep rest and integration.
This offering is non-athletic, non-activating, and supportive. No yoga or meditation experience is required.
