There are times when we know something in our life is asking to change, yet no amount of thinking seems to reach the place where the pattern actually begins.

This November, Very Well KC is welcoming Shree Guru Bhaneshwaranand, known to his students as Guruji, for Energy Masters: a live evening with a Vedic master whose work is devoted to the subtle energy beneath our thoughts, emotions, patterns, and outer circumstances.

Guruji teaches that a lack of harmony in the outer life is often connected to an imbalance in the subtler layers of our being. His work draws from ancient Vedic knowledge of human energy, consciousness, and the relationship between the individual and the greater whole.

During the workshop, Guruji guides the group personally through teaching, energetic awareness, healing practices, release and transformation work, and a closing transmission. The purpose isn't simply to understand energy intellectually. It's to experience it directly in yourself.

Many people describe feeling the difference in the room before they have language for what has happened. That direct experience is an essential part of the work.

You don't need to follow a particular spiritual tradition or arrive with previous experience. Come with openness and the willingness to meet something for yourself.
