This midweek, midday class is designed to help you slow down and reset. Through supported restorative poses, gentle breath awareness, and intentional pauses, we create space to release tension and quiet mental noise.
Poses are held for longer periods and fully supported with props to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. The focus is on rest rather than effort—allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and better equipped to move through the rest of your day with ease.
No experience necessary.
