This calming 30-minute class blends breathwork, meditation, and passive stretching to help you reset and reconnect. We begin with pranayama (breathwork) and a gentle guided meditation, followed by 3–4 yin yoga poses held for longer durations to encourage deep release and introspection.
Each posture is paired with an affirmation or mantra to support your emotional and energetic body. After the practice, you’ll be invited to reflect, journal, or simply rest in the spacious stillness you've created.
