This is not your average afternoon. Glow & Grounding brings together three practitioners and three deeply complementary healing modalities into one 90-minute experience designed to leave you feeling radiant, reset, and genuinely restored — from the inside out.
Sara Fischer opens with a mini facial massage and gua sha treatment, working with your face and fascia to release held tension, stimulate circulation, and awaken a natural glow. Your gua sha tool is yours to keep. Dr. Elizabeth Kathryn follows with intuitive energy work to clear what's been sitting heavy and bring you back into alignment with yourself. Joann Schermerhorn closes the space with a live sound bath, using therapeutic vibration to settle the nervous system and carry you into deep rest.
Together, these practices work on the physical, energetic, and nervous system layers at the same time — so you leave not just looking like yourself again, but feeling it.
Space is intentionally limited to 8 participants so every person receives real, unhurried attention. No experience necessary. Just arrive and let the afternoon do its work.
